Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking for the Summer Camp :
- A full refund will be given up until June 15th
- A 50% refund will only be given up until June 24th
- No refund will be given for cancellations from June 25th
- No partial refunds for incomplete weeks will be issued
- Cancellations will be processed only by email to jenny@clubjubilee.com
Club Jubilee, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour is thought to be detrimental, disruptive and/or contrary to the best interests of Club Jubilee and/or its participants.
Lost Articles
Club Jubilee is not responsible for articles of clothing or personal belongings said to be lost or damaged.
Promotional Material
I understand that my child might appear on promotional and other related material.
Activities
Permission is given for my child to participate in all Club Jubilee activities.
Financial Agreement
I agree to be financially responsible for the fees for my child’s attendance at a Club Jubilee Event.
Medical
In the event of an accident, illness or medical emergency, I hereby authorise the Club Jubilee Staff to act for me according to their best judgement with respect to the care of my child.
